At Everett Design, high-end, residential new construction is our specialty. Over many years we have developed an approach to residential design that captures every detail of your vision. We also work efficiently and seamlessly with your construction team – from the architect to the general contractor and each craftsman on the job. In short, we work with you through the entire process from the initial design concepts to move in day to ensure your home is perfect!
High-End, New Construction
I work with a sophisticated CAD based software that allows me to produce detailed kitchen, bathroom, and room layouts and interior design elements. This software will enable you to review photo realistic 3D renderings and virtual 'walkthroughs,’ to see how a space feels, and to envision what various sightlines are. Most importantly you will have a clear sense of whether we have fully captured your overall aesthetic.
We prepare budgets and detailed bid specifications as well as a complete whole home finish presentation which brings the vision to life. By providing the construction team with all the information before construction begins, they will be able to keep your job going smoothly.
Renovations & Remodels
Sometimes you fall in love with a location but the house needs to be brought up to current standards as well as your aesthetic and family’s needs. I love working with my clients to transform an existing property. You get all of the same processes that I bring to any new construction project!
Furnishings & Decor
I also offer my clients curated trips to the lighting market in Dallas and also the Highpoint Furniture market in North Carolina for whole home furnishings and decorative lighting. These are dedicated to-the-trade only events but, there are limited opportunities to see new products in Idaho and these trips allow my clients to see the quality and style of the proposed furnishings and fixtures. It's one thing for me to show you a picture of a chandelier that I tell you is amazing but quite another to actually see how amazing it is!

This is where you show me all of your inspiration pictures and images and we discuss all of the wants and needs for your home. We will also dig in to how you see yourself and your family living in your home.

Create detailed kitchen and bathroom design concepts as well as room layouts and 3D renderings and “virtual walkthroughs”.

This is a whole home finish presentation of every finish that is going in to your home. This allows you to see the space come to life and the vision take shape.

Create detailed budget bid specifications for your build team.

Prepare individual specifications and layouts for approved finishes.

Participate in weekly construction meetings with your build team to ensure that the design intent is correctly executed.
